dr. brett's case studies

Let's look at a couple of Dr Brett Brimhall's case histories that will answer many questions we have been asked by practitioners in recent weeks.

Case History 1:
36 years old white female

Significant history:

  • 2 adopted children after multiple fertility treatments to no avail

  • Post thyroid surgery with continued nodular formation with endocrine imbalance

  • Post benign tumors removal from uterus

Patient presented to the office with severe fatigue, headaches, arm weakness, bad taste in the mouth, even with bushing teeth, thyroid nodules and insomnia. The patient exercises 3-5 times a week aerobics and weights. Symptoms became much worse following removal of benign tumors in the uterus and having a tummy tuck.

Nutritional protocol:

  • DSF

  • Total Veggie

  • Total Enzymes

  • Total Probiotics

  • Total Female

  • Total Cort

After one month the body switched from Total Female to Total Thyroid. (Never assume, always test every 30 days, and the body will lead you). She was being adjusted with the Brimhall protocol once a week doing A/SERT, Cranial, Visceral, Erchonia 635nm Laser and scar release. After each visit she would have a reduction in her symptoms but they were short lived. She was started on Total Pregnenolone after 2 months when the test batch became available. Within two days she was sleeping normally again. Within one week, after adding the Total Pregnenalone, she had a 75-85 reduction in all of her symptoms. Upon follow up testing, she stayed on Total Pregnenolone for four months and now takes it 1 to 2 times a week.

We have seen a common pattern in those with fertility problems or on birth control to need and respond very well to Total Pregnenolone. We have also seen in these individuals, a need to stay on it sometimes for long periods of time. Test every thirty days. We have seen great response with endocrine system imbalance using the protocol and adding T Pregnenolone, when indicated.

Case History 2:
This is a 40 year-old female with history of painful periods, benign tumors on the uterus and sporadic periods. This was a phone consult, so the questioners in the N-compass database were used to assess her health status. Questioners showed extreme endocrine imbalance and adrenal fatigue. Blood values were run, which reveled elevated lipids and liver enzymes, with blood sugar imbalance.

Nutritional protocol:

  • DSF

  • Total Female

  • Total Enzymes

  • Total Probiotic

  • Total Liver D-tox

Follow-up phone call 45 days latter showed a very favorable patient response. She stated, "I had my first normal cycle I can ever remember. The first few weeks, I wasn't sure if the supplements were working. Within the third week I started feeling great! The tumors feel smaller and are not painful."

No structural work was performed in the beginning. She has since been referred to a Brimhall Doctor.
